Next Tuesday, March 18, will be a big day for new releases. On the slate are newbies from the likes of Be Your Own Pet, Destroyer, She & Him, and DeVotchKa. Also dropping will be the debut from Neon Neon, the partnership of Super Furry Animals’s Gruff Rhys and electro-stylist Boom Bip. Entitled Stainless Style, the album gets all ’80s with its sounds and its subject matter: the roller coaster life of John DeLorean, who designed the car made famous in the Back to the Future movies before getting entangled in money schemes and drug woes. Now you can get a listen for yourself to all the Jan Hammer-like goodness over at Neon Neon’s MySpace page, where the album is streaming in its entirety. Keep an ear out for guest spots from Spank Rock, ex-Pharcyde member Fatlip, Yo Majesty, and others.
