Download Lil B’s ‘I’m Gay (‘I’m Happy)’ Album For Free

The big news surrounding Lil B yesterday was that he had actually dropped his controversially named I’m Gay (I’m Happy) album. He did so on his own terms, too. Instead of putting it up for sale on the typical new release day (Tuesday), the Based God uploaded the album to iTunes on Wednesday.

And even though you can still purchase it there if you want, you can also now download it for free. Last night, Lil B tweeted a Mediafire link for I’m Gay (I’m Happy) with the following message: “CUZ I LOVE YOU IF YOU DONT HAVE 10 DOLLERS TO BUY MY NEW PROJECT HERE IT GOES FOR FREE.”

If you somehow haven’t heard one of his hundreds of tracks yet, this album is a great starting point. He puts all the ridiculous bullshit to the side for a project filled with politically charged lyricism and fan-fucking-tastic production. We might be used to the latter given his stable of producers including Clams Casino and Keyboard Kid. But hearing the Based God this focused with his rhymes is hugely refreshing, to say the least.

Download I’m Gay (I’m Happy) here or here. It’s also available on iTunes.
