John lives and works in Philadelphia.  More interesting is that he plays guitar for a band call the Thinking Machines (www.myspace.com/thinkingmachines).  These things keep him busy enough.  The rest is spent listening to Mogwai, Nick Drake, the National, John Fahey, and the screech of the subway.  New and wilder sounds await, though.  Next fall and grad school will take him to New York, Boston, or Washington D.C where his writing will at least score some academic credit if not a few bucks. For now, it's all for the love of the game . . .
