Tyler The Creator Signs To XL

Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All’s mastermind, Tyler, the Creator, is going to have a hell of a week. His group makes its unlikely TV debut on Wednesday, and today comes news that he has signed to XL Recordings for a one-off album. This has been rumored for a while–the whole Odd Future group was linked to XL a few months ago–but it’s still a surprise. Here’s what Tyler had to say about it on his Twitter:

Yes, I Did A One Album Thing With XL. Thats Family. Don’t Trip, Still Have %100 Creative Control Over Raps, Beats, Videos, Covers. Fuck You.

There’s no word on when to expect said album, but dude works fast. Can’t be too long, I would imagine. Just think: You will soon be able to buy Tyler’s records in music stores.
