Score! 20 Years of Merge Records: The Remixes! continues Merge's 20th anniversary celebration with a remix CD/digital download of Merge songs being re-rubbed by non-Merge artists such as Caribou, Four Tet, The Blow, John McEntire, Xiu Xiu, +/-, Mark Robinson and Junior Boys. The limited edition compilation's proceeds benefit charities chosen by the Score! curators. This is the last of the three commercially available components of the subscription-based Score! box set. This is probably your sole chance to hear Jason Forrest rework Arcade Fire's "No Cars Go," Caribou tweak Polvo's "Kalgon," Junior Boys sing Lambchop's "The Nashville Parent" and John McEntire (Sea and the Cake, Tortoise) tackle Spoon's "The Ghost of You Lingers."
