The album title came from the track "Monster" on the album that was written by Daron Jones of 112. The lyrics to the chorus are: And I didn't wanna play the game because that aint who my momma raised, Now its to late to change you made a monster out of me

I have ur new album usher and trust me, its gonna b # 1 for a very long time.. despite what any1 said about here i stand, i love that album. it showed another side to you that most people aren't use to thats y som of them dont like it. I truly adore Usher ever since i was a young little girl. His music inspired me to love and to show that people make mistakes!! I love all of his albums and hope that he keeps it coming because he has a story to tell everytime!! Keep it up Usher!! Your fans love you!!!

Usher is the greatest, I love everything he puts out. Here I Stand was a great album, it showed a mature side of Usher. Many fans don't realize, he has to go through stages in life and grow up just like them, but in the public eye. I have heard Raymond vs. Raymond and it's on fire. If you are hearing Usher's album early, before it's scheduled release, please make sure you buy the actual album when it hit the stores in March 2010. I agree with you Sequila, Ive heard a good bit of songs but you best believe me that I am coppin this album. I am going to support Usher (The God Son of Soul), (The King of R&B) and possibly (The New King Of Pop) no matter what. I am a true fan and i cant for it to drop in the U.S.

IN MY OPINION HERE I STAND IS THE BEST BEST BEST BEST CD from Usher.. it isn't the typical sound we are used to, but it is really good. I can compare it to Marvin Gaye or Luther V. LOVE IT

I got the album, its soooo not what i was expecting..

Usher u are the best. U may not have a hit right now but don't worry ur songs are still slowly gaining airplay this is a sign of success. U don't have to have a lead single come out then 2 months later ur album releases. As long as you release the album and all the fans start playing omg, Hey daddy and little freak in all radio stations that's fine too (remember Ne-Yo's Year of the gentleman, that song closer it released in July and it did not make an impact till around the time that album came out in September, so around that time "closer" and "miss independent" started becoming popular.)

The same thing will happen to Omg, little freak and Hey daddy. The era started out rough and cruel but you will make it and when the public listen 2 ur album they will fall in love with it and play ur new stuff like crazy. I am praying for your return because ur the rnb singer of our last generation and this one too. Everyone will eventually fall in love w/u again.
