Motley Crue, Band-Girls-Money, the second album from Los Angeles's Tsar, toes the dangerous line between free-wheeling party rock and self mockery. As an iPod commercial, the title track is a quick blast of guitar fury and singer Jeff Whalen's howling vocals. But in their ballsy arrogance -- "The Beatles are just all right, but they never got your high," ("Superdeformed") -- and generic rock arrangements ("Wrong," among others), Band-Girls-Money is stuck between glam and the garage, doing a lot of talking but not a ton to back it up.
