These Are Powers, the experimental noise collaboration between ex-Liars bassist Pat Noecker and ex-Knife Skills guitarist Anna Barie, along with percussionist Bill Salas, follows up 2009's All Aboard Future with the five-track World Class Peoples/Candyman EP. Featuring three new songs and two remixes, the EP is a dissonant, droney, danceable affair that should satisfy fans of the bands' previous work.
