The New Jersey punk rock band -- which broaches comparisons with Bruce Springsteen -- follows up its popular second album, The '59 Sound, using the same producer, Ted Hutt. Lead singer Brian Fallon told CMJ he feels the work is "focused and confident” and also said the “new record, comparison-wise, is like the Clash's Give 'Em Enough Rope, versus London Calling.” The album was recorded and produced at the New York Magic Shop record studio and written while the band was on tour in 2009. The album’s release was preceded by a single, the title track, which the band put out on its Facebook page in March 2010.
