This is Not the World may not be, as the title suggests, the world. But it is the third full-length from Brit rock band the Futureheads, after 2004's self-titled debut and 2006's News & Tributes. To record the new album, the band left its native Sunderland for the sunnier climes of Spain. There the Futureheads hooked up with producer Youth, who has worked with Primal Scream and the Verve. In just three weeks, band and producer banged out this album chock full of catchy power pop.
