The British duo of Jof Owen and Pete Hobbs return four years after their debut, The Best Party Ever, with another album heavy on twee indie pop. Judging from the some of the first songs made available, such as "Every David Has Its Goliath" and "Balloon on a Broken String," The Boy Least Likely To are sticking close to the jangly folk sound of their first album and Law of the Playground should provide just as many smiles. But with album titles like those, it makes it hard to do anything remotely depressing.
