i hate taylor swift. Her music is crap and her voice sucks. She never does anything amazing she only sings her songs boringly. Dont get me wrong its fine that she writes her songs but what i really hate about her is she never has awide vocal range the way carrie underwood does. She never wows you . But carrie undrwood does wow you. which makes carrie underwood a million times better.

To destiny. There's really no reason to diss taylor. She's only 18, and much younger than Carrie Underwood. She's still growing and learning, and this is her second album. You don't know yet if her voice could be even better now. Plus, those two are friends.

Taylor swift obviously has fan power, but she only relies on that...
If Fearless had been her first album, she wouldn't have anywhere near the same amount of fans as she does.
I think she's going to fade eventually if she can't get past her high school days.
On top of that, and lets be honest, her live performances (CMA's specifically) are not that great as far as her vocals go. Also, her first album was way better because it talked about more than lame high school drama with boys.
Im not jealous of her, cuz I know i'll immediately get that from taylor cult followers, but I'm sure she's a real nice person in real life, I just don't like her second album as much, and i find her "o my gosh thanks to the fans!!!" speeches to be getting really fakey as well.
I am entitled to my opinions as much as you guys are to yours. It's always good to have a contrasting perspective though.
