The Starlite Desperation is a Southern California based band that plays a big, glammed-up brand of rock 'n roll. Take it Personally is the band's fourth full-length. It definitely has a Lost Angeles feel to it. The Starlite Desperation's label describes the album as "an epic 12 song roller coaster through the repressed and murderous memories of gated beach community child actors, desert real estate vampire parents, entertainment biz drug czars, and the redeeming twin powers of Music and Love."
