If you give me this album in high school, I don't stop playing it for days. Perky vocals + sing-a-long choruses of schoolyard romance + Siamese Dream-flavored guitars = Heaven in 1994. But how many of these albums do you need? (If you're too hip to admit you own Smash and Dookie, you can skip ahead to the next review.) At times Sixty Stories show flashes of skill, like the grinding "Constellations," but too often this sounds like nothing more than retread rock 'n' roll. For the younger crowd, it beats the shit out of Blink 182, but that ain't saying much.
