The third studio album from British tech-heads Simian Mobile Disco, Delicacies, is, naturally and hilariously, made up of tracks named after bizarre foods that the band members sampled during their travels all over the world. The fourth cut is called “Thousand Year Egg”; the fifth is “Skin Cracker.” Musically, the album is said to embrace the “darker, clubbier” side of the band’s already darkened, clubby sound. As a nice bonus, Delicacies comes with an extra CD that mixes all the songs into a seamless studio edit.
