Serengeti and Polyphonic the Verbose are two of the most avant garde minds in hip hop that it's a wonder that they didn't find each other sooner. Serengeti is a genre-defying rapper who's not afraid to have a sense of humor and be vulnerable while Polyphonic creates abstract beats that are heavy on experimentation and glitch, which makes the duo perfect for their new label, Anticon. Both Serengeti and Polyphonic were solo artists before they collaborated for the first time on 2007's Don't Give Up. Terradactyl marks their second full-length album together and the first song to leak from the album "My Patriotism," continues on the same off-kilter path that has been the blueprint for both of their careers.
