Coming only nine months after his debut album, Transition shows that Ryan Leslie is productive, if anything. Just like the self-titled album, Leslie handles all songwriting and production duties for his second album. The lead single, "You're Not My Girl" is a sunny piece of disco pop, but all signs point to him sticking close to the smooth, synthesized R&B sound that he dealt with heavily on his debut.
