Reks In Between The Lines Volume 2

Reks went the typical, Internet-era route for rappers in 2010: Before offering his latest proper album, R.E.K.S, he helped increase his buzz with a series of In Between the Lines mixtapes. The second volume, like the first, is hosted by frequent Reks collaborator, DJ/producer Statik Selektah, who also offers several beats here, and DJs Green Lantern and Ill Will. The 30(!)-track mixtape also boasts guest features from a slew of like-minded, lyrical-centric rappers, such as Ras Kass, Phonte, STS, Jon Hope, Termanology, and Strong Arm Steady, among many others.
