After taking a year or two between most of his previous releases, Pitball wasn't looking to take things slow following the release of 2009's Rebelution. Perhaps it's the fact his Lil Jon-produced “I Know You Want Me” single blew the hell up and became the ubiquitous summer jam of that year. It didn't hurt that other cuts, such as “Hotel Room Service” and “Krazy,” did well, too. As such, one can't blame the Miami, reggae-tinged rapper for jumping back in the studio to record Planet Pit, his fifth album. And if lead single “Hey Baby (Drop It to the Floor)” is any indication, expect plenty of dance hall anthems across this record along with features from T-Pain and other club-centric guests.
