Review

Following his (mostly) acclaimed 2006 release, Pigeon John and the Summertime Pool Party, this Los Angeles MC has slowed down his previously steady output. Since then, he only appeared on tracks as a guest while promoting his lackluster Rootbeer project with fellow L.A. Symphony member Flynn. But with 2010's And the Dragon Slayer, Pigeon John appears back in his true form. That means this, his fifth studio album, will likely feature plenty of upbeat tracks full of catchy hooks and witty, positive lyrics, as well as what could be a storyline featuring a dragon.
