Crenshaw, Calif.-based MC Nipsey Hussle found himself facing the same issue dealt with by far too many promising rappers. Although he released his first single in 2008, "Hussle in the House," the Snoop Dogg-affiliate saw his debut pushed back again and again. In the meantime, he spit several notable features, such as on Drake's "Killer," and dropped a slew of mixtapes. But his debut, South Central State of Mind, remained nowhere to be seen as its summer 2009 release date came and went. The album was then pushed into late-summer 2010, though, when it appeared that it would finally drop. Expect features from Snoop Dogg and plenty of funky West Coast production.
Feelin Myself featuring Lloyd is on the album.
