The latest from the reunited New York Dolls, 'Cause I Sez So , features 11 new songs and a new version of "Trash", a track originally found on the band's 1973 debut album. Following 2006's One Day It Will Please Us To Remember Even This , the sound on 'Cause I Sez So approximates that of the 1970s Dolls, the sound that has earned them famous fans along the lines of Morrissey and punk rock enthusiast chef Anthony Bourdain. The Dolls once again serve up rock and roll, soul, and exasperation, to the relief and pleasure of the group's multi-generational acolytes.
