Following the release of 2008's Untitled, Nas put his solo career on hold to record an all-out collaborative LP with Damian Marley. And in May 2010, they released the successful Distant Relatives, a blend of hip-hop and reggae that featured the Queensbridge MC taking a more socially conscious approach lyrically. Four months later, Nas revealed that he was back in the studio working on his tenth solo album, Life Is Good. He so focused on the project that he even scrapped plans to release more volumes of The Lost Tapes. It's rumored to feature production from Kanye West, RZA, DJ Premier, and the Alchemist. We will update this page once that information is confirmed.
Word is he might change the album title. bah
