This Minneapolis quartet makes their major label debut on Columbia Records with their fourth album, produced by Blink-182’s Mark Hoppus. Hoppus already worked with the band on their second album, Commit This to Memory (from 2005), and he recently told Billboard Magazine that My Dinosaur Life will feature the group’s heavier and more adventurous side. The band released the first song from the album, "Disappear," as a free download in November and dropped another, "Her Words Destroyed My Planet," on Spin's website as a stream. The album was also available for pre-release streaming on the band's MySpace page starting Jan. 12.
Really digging My Dinosaur Life so far - incredibly fun and great sounding record. The video for "Her Words Destroyed My Planet" is also pretty awesome- bit.ly/60VGdh
