Even when you get all the love in the world from blogs and magazines, that doesn't mean you won't suffer from the all too widespread hip-hop virus of delays. Case in point: Bronx-based rapper Mickey Factz. His buzz began in 2007 thanks to successful mixtapes and features and then hit its peak when he was named to XXL's Freshmen 10 list two years later. But then, he disappeared from the scene, likely refining what would become his debut, The Achievement, which was originally scheduled to drop in '09. He would re-emerge in the summer of 2010 with comeback single "Paradise," which featured a determined Factz ready to soak in the limelight. It would also act as the starting point for The Achievement, an album boasting guests such as Keri Hilson, Ne-Yo, and KiD CuDi, among others.
