English folk singer and guitarist Michael Chapman was the sort of name more likely to pop up in an issue of Arthur than Rolling Stone. A shame considering Chapman's Fully Qualified Survivor was a favorite of John Peel. And it helped put guitarist Mick Ronson on the map. This collection, subtitled "Guitar Compositions: 1967-2010," included 26 contemporary re-recordings of material spanning his career. The 2-CD set included song annotation and tunings by Chapman himself, as well as liner notes.
