
First of all, try to wrap your mind around the fact that two years after the release of their Death Magnetic album, Metallica could still be touring in support of it. Once you've gotten past that, you'll be able to ponder the Six Feet Down Under EP. As Metallica prepared to visit Australia and New Zealand for what they swore would be the last leg of their tour, they realized they hadn't been down there in six years, and decided to commemorate the occasion with a limited-edition EP containing two live cuts each from their last four visits to the land of wallabies and INXS -- 1989, '93, '98, and 2004.
