Merzbow Bird Series Volume Eleven

This is the eleventh in Merzbow's 13 Japanese Birds series, which is based on Olivier Messiaen's Catalogue of Birds. He is releasing one album of epic noise per month from January of 2009 to February of 2010, in limited editions of 1,000. Musically, Merzbow fans should know what to expect, with a couple of exceptions: he has returned to analog sounds, and he uses live drum sounds for the first time.
