When Rick Ross isn't recording gangster rap-laden verses, he's the guy behind the Maybach Music Group imprint. And he made some power moves in the first few months of 2011 by signing the likes of Wale, Pill, and Meek Mill. Ross also secured a distribution deal with Warner Music Group for his imprint. So what better way to celebrate than with a compilation of new music? That's exactly what Self Made is made up of: New material from Ross, his three recent signees, singer Masspike Miles, and trio Triple Cs.
