This is Madonna's third greatest-hits compilation, and she has released three studio albums since 2001's GHV2, so there is little here that can't be found on her other singles collections. Blame the disregard on Celebration being Madonna's last obligation to her Warner Bros. contract before she leaves for Live Nation. While most of the track list is doubly familiar, the album boasts one new song -- the title track produced by Paul Oakenfold -- and marks the end of her long-standing career with the label that guided her to superstardom. The double-disc version also features a new song with Lil' Wayne and a few more cuts from the 2003-08 era.
