Even those who hate math will likely want to crunch the numbers with Saturdays=Youth, what with how gorgeous M83's music is. This is the second M83 album, after 2005's Before the Dawn Heals Us, on which Anthony Gonzalez is the sole musician making music under that moniker. Production assistance on Saturdays=Youth came from Ewan Pearson and Ken Thomas, who have worked with acts like the Rapture and Sigur Ros. While early buzz has Gonzalez getting a little more traditional with the song structures here, there is still enough hazy shoegaze and ambient electronica to know this is definitely an M83 album.
