Lupe Fiasco Food & Liquor 2

Lupe Fiasco teased the release of a follow-up to his debut, Food & Liquor, in 2010 when a snippet of the track "Go to Sleep" hit the web. It came with a note indicating that it would appear on Food & Liquor 2. But discussion of that album ceased until after his third, middling album, Lasers, dropped the following year. And in April 2011, the Chicago rapper made it clear that Food & Liquor 2 was indeed happening. He also said that it is "dedicated to the nerdy Lupe Fiasco fans out there" who wanted to hear more concept songs and metaphors on Lasers.
