Lil Wayne The Drought Is Over 7 (Mixtape)
Lil Wayne got where he is today through sheer force of ubiquity. Ever the workhorse, Wayne maintains his chokehold on hip-hop by systematically cropdusting his fanbase with a fresh entrée of fierce tracks every couple months. Iron vacation or no, Wayne is set to continue his reign with the release of seventh iteration of the popular Drought Is Over mixtape series. DJ The Empire hosts and mixes the oft-delayed tape, which features guest spots from Weezy's platinum-selling protégé and Young Money signee, Drake, and others.
