In the grand tradition of John Peel's legendary BBC program, LCD Soundsystem spent one day in the summer of 2010 holed up in a studio to record a live album. The entire project -- titled The London Sessions -- took place at London's Pool/Miloco Studios immediately following the band's appearance at the Glastonbury Festival. Sessions features songs from all three of LCD's full-length albums -- and, like a set at a public show, leans heavily on crowd favorites like "All My Friends" and "Daft Punk Is Playing At My House" and tracks from their last (and supposedly final) album This Is Happening. It bears mention that The London Sessions is exclusively available on iTunes -- and only until Dec. 6, 2010, so time is of the essence if you'd like to give James Murphy $9.99 one more time.
