Known previously for his terribly infectious pop anthems, Justin Bieber revealed in October 2010 that he had another ace up up his teenage sleeve: He could also (kind of) rap. He impressed plenty of folks when video surfaced of him rhyming over Cam'ron and Vado's “Speaking in Tungs." Particularly moved was fellow youngster Lil Twist. The two then decided they would link up to create a mixtape together, Best of Both Worlds, perhaps an homage to the abysmal R. Kelly and Jay-Z album of the same name. For Biebs and Twist's project, though, they went for a more straightforward mixtape approach. On here, they are spitting over a combination of industry beats, such as Travie McCoy's “Billionaire,” and new productions.
