Joseph Arthur was busier in early 2008 than Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton combined. The sensuous singer-songwriter released two EPs, Could We Survive and Crazy Rain, and then this six-track Vagabond Skies, again out on Arthur's own Lonely Astronaut imprint. Trilogy complete, correct? Not with someone as prolific as Arthur. One more EP is due before the full-length Temporary People is released in September.
