The third album from the French electro-disco produer is a more decidedly eclectic affair than his previous releases. Milky Ways touches on everything from Krautrock to new wave and a lot of genres in between while not completely abandoning his dance-floor roots. The album was recorded with his touring band, and being on the road in support of 2007's Monsters and Silly Songs is said to have been the main inspiration for the album's direction.
