Jay Electronica Act II (Mixtape)

Over the past year, it has not been exactly clear what Jay Electronica's Act II actually is. Some have said it's a song, others have claimed it's an album. Just Blaze even claimed that it would be out around Christmas time of last year. Sometime in 2010, it became apparent that Act II is a mixtape, featuring collaborations between Jay Elect and Nas, and production from Just Blaze, J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League, Mr. Porter, and Electronica himself. It also contains his already landmark single "Exhibit C." Recent reports have revealed that Jay is nervous about releasing the project, fearing that fans might not like it, so there is always the chance that Act II might go through another bout of shape shifting before finally being released.
