Fashawn Higher Learning 2 (Mixtape)

Fashawn began catching the attention of fellow West Coast rappers at the age of 17, to the extent stalwart Planet Asia apparently asked the youngster to join him on tour in 2006. What followed was a successful stream of series-minded mixtapes and a very good proper debut, 2009's Boy Meets World with producer Exile. Fashawn then utilized 2010 to get back on his mixtape game, first dropping the third entry in the Grizzly City series before announcing Higher Learning 2. The project finds him rapping, or "freestyling," over beats such as "Dark Fantasy" off Kanye West's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.
