On their west coast tour last year, experimental electro collective Excepter stopped in Big Sur to record a film of some outdoor performances. The film, along with footage from a concert at The Echo in Los Angeles, is being released on DVD along with a CD version of the soundtrack. And for an added prurient thrill, some of the performances take place at a nude beach. So fair warning to the more conservative-minded fans of freeform synth freakouts.
