The idea of sexy, compelling, all-girl pop group is an incredibly appealing one, one that's been a little bit tarnished by the rise of such vacuous offerings as Danity Kane and Pussycat Dolls. Recent Def Jam signees Electrik Red might look like the latest group of backup dancers turned singers to load up on image at the expense of content, were it not for the fact that they were paid with songwriting/production team The-Dream and Christopher "Tricky" Stewart, who together essentially make up the reason why FM radio shouldn't be abolished. That alone should be enough to learn how to be a lady.
