Sarah Assbring, the Swedish singer better known as El Perro Del Mar, has made a reputation off of creating melancholy pop influenced heavily by the 1950's and 60's with a lo-fi appeal. This new mini-album takes a more finely tuned approach towards the sound with Rasmus Hägg of the electronic Swedish group Studio behind the boards. The first single, "Change of Heart," has more groove than any previous El Perro Del Mar song and shows her stepping outside the comfort zone of decades past.
