Eddie Vedder must have really enjoyed recording the subdued acoustic tunes for the Into The Wild soundtrack, which served as his solo debut. Otherwise, you have to think that he would have just focused on Pearl Jam and not recorded Ukulele Songs. The album, which is his sophomore solo effort, boasts a collection of new material he wrote and played in concert almost 10 years ago. But here's the catch: He never recorded any of them until beginning the sessions for Ukulele Songs. It also includes some covers, such as the Everly Brothers' "Sleepless Nights" and Cat Power's "Tonight You Belong to Me." Glen Hansard appears as a guest vocalist.
can i see your songs pls.
