One of the more high-profile acts in the onslaught of reverb drenched "girl groups" to arrive in the late '00s, Dum Dum Girls released the cassette-only (as ubiquitous an underground trend in format as the band's Black Tambourine vibe was a sonic trope) Blissed Out on the tiny Art Fag label. The limited-edition 11-track set, which actually features a Black Tambourine cover, was available for a brief time in 2010 and anticipated the band's proper debut full-length, I Will Be, on Sub Pop later in the year.
