Drake A Thing Of The Seasons (DVD)

Toronto actor-turned-rapper/singer Drake blew the hell up in 2009. With the release of his So Far Gone mixtape and singles like “Best I Ever Had,” the guy was everywhere and even earned Grammy nominations without a proper album. But it’s likely that some of his fans are unaware that the former Degrassi star actually had two mixtapes under his belt prior to So Far Gone. And before flexing his skills on the microphone and acting, he was the son and nephew of relatively famous musicians. His father, Dennis Graham, was the drummer for Jerry Lee Lewis. Drake’s uncles, “Teenie” Hodges and Larry Graham, were steeped in the funk and soul movements of the ‘70s and ‘80s.
