Martin Dosh is a multi-instrumentalist wizard who is probably best known for being in Andrew Bird's backing band. As on most Dosh albums, Bird makes a guest apperance here, firing up the old fiddle in that cathartic way he can. Will Oldham adds vocals to “Bury the Ghost,” following up turns on Sun Kil Moon’s This Fool Can Die Now and Scout Niblett's April. Odd Nosdam and members of Fog also help flesh out Wolves and Wishes, the follow-up to 2006's The Lost Take.
