Review

It would only make sense for these two MCs to link up for an album. Put aside the fact that DOOM produced several tracks on Ghostface’s fantastic Fishscale. Overlook their collaboration on “Angels” off DOOM’s Born Like This. And never mind that they were both close with the late J Dilla. Let’s take it back to the early ‘90s. DOOM was a lanky, peach-fuzz sporting member of KMD then. And Ghostface? He was rocking a mask as part of this new group called the Wu-Tang Clan. As such, you could almost say it was meant to be for these two to work together. Titled Swift & Changeable, this record promises grimy loop-driven beats and intensely lyrical verses, with more quotables than a Jay-Z album.
