100 Lovers is the fifth studio album from gypsy/polka/folk/rock group DeVotchKa. They band returned to the studio in Arizona's desert after a massive world tour (that included playing to a crowd of 90,000 opening for Muse) to try to translate the energy of their live shows onto tape. Also of note is front man Nick Urata's increasing interest in soundtrack work, which influenced the sound of the record. Guests include Mauro Refosco of Atoms for Peace and members of Calexico. The album was produced by Craig Schumacher (Calexico, Neko Case).
