Twenty years after their perfect debut 3 Feet High and Rising, De La Soul recently took a stab at a novel genre for the seminal rap crew: music to exercise to. Are You In?: Nike+ Original Run, the 10-track mix of brand-new material commissioned by Nike, follows mixes by artists like LCD Soundsystem. Now we have some more reasons to jump on the treadmill: You're Welcome. The follow-up to 2004's Grind Date is likely an indie release. Among some of the tracks is "We Are (For the People)," which will feature a guest spot from Chuck D and Flavor Flav, and a laid back cut titled "We Are God." De La Soul also tapped "Feel Good Inc." collaborator Damon Albarn (of Blur and Gorillaz).
