Eric Bachmann's 2011 was easily one of his busiest years to date. In January 2011, he reunited with his former band, the critically acclaimed Archers of Loaf. They would go on to play a slew of gigs together and issue a remastered version of their classic debut, Icky Mettle. All the while, Bachmann hadn't forgotten about his other band, Crooked Fingers, as they recorded Breaks in the Armour. The fall 2011 release is the band's first since 2008's Forfeit/Fortune and stands as their sixth studio album.
